Another DIY Punk label. Only one record appeared on the Xciting Plastic label:'Vital Hours', by The Outsiders. Presumably the label belonged to the band. God bless them for naming it as they did, and giving me something bona fide to list under 'X';that's all I can say. The single came out in May 1978; as yet I haven't beenable to trace its catalogue number. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
