World Records was a DIY label. And no relation to the renowned reissue label / record club, this particular World Records was one of those hundreds of here-today-gone-tomorrow DIY labels which sprang up in the late '70s. It released at least one single, 'Eighteen' (WRECK-1; 1978) by Coventry Punk band XS Energy, and a various artists EP (WRECK-2) before disappearing.
