WCA Records would appear to have been a small independent label.  It issued at least two 7" records, a single by The Barrie Brothers, 'Jean' b/w 'Skye Boat Song' (WCA S-0002), and an EP by Tony Graham with the Colin Peters Orchestra (WCA-0002 EP).  Both came out in 1975 and for some reason both were numbered 0002 - were there an S-0001 and an 0001 EP?  The Barrie Brothers were from the Newcastle area.
