Wax Records was a DIY label. And the first Wax label of the 1970s appears to have been a one-off DIY effort, or perhaps a small independent.  It was responsible for at least one record, an EP by a Rock band called 'Asylum'.  Tracks on the EP were 'Destiny', 'Lazy Love' and 'Suzy's Back'.  The catalogue number, FR-2073, was one of a series used by custom recording company Fanfare Studios of Swiss Cottage.  the year of release was 1974. Distributed By Wax Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
