Warped Records was a DIY label. And the third of our Warped labels. Its only release appears to have been the Wild Beasts', 'Life Is A Bum' (BEND-1), which came out in 1978. Distributed By Warped Records. The Wild Beasts was a rock band formed around 1977 in Bristol. They only released two singles, Life is a Bum (1978) and Minimum Maximum (1979). The band consisted in Andy Franks in bass, Martin Norie in lead guitar, Rob Andrews in piano and guitar, and Ken Wheeler in drums. Andy Franks is now Tour Manager for Depeche Mode.
