Venus Records was a DIY label from 1976. It managed one single. 'Space Man' by Jupiter (V-1001; 1976) Phillip Lettman was responsible for writing and producing the single, which has been described as 'Psych Folk', so it seems a safe bet that he owned the label. The label itself was basic, in typical DIY fashion: it was plain white with black printing, and it had the word 'VENUS' at the top in a serifed font. Distributed By Venus Records.
