Ultima Records was a DIY label from Scotland.  Ultima appears to have managed just two singles, both of which were by a band called East-West.  They were 'If You're A Viper' (ULT-1; 1978) and 'Argentina' (ULT-2; 1978).  'Viper', which is reported to be a song in praise of marijuana, had a 1937 version of the song, by Rosetta Howard & The Harlem Hamfats, on the 'B' side; as far as I know, no other record company in the 1970s did anything like that.  Peculiar, but an interesting idea. Distributed By Ultima Records.
