Tours Records was a DIY label. based in Dorset - if it can be classed as a label; this is one of those cases where I've had to use the artists' name as identification.  The band in question were a New Wave band outfit.  Their single,  'Language School' b/w 'Foreign Girls' (T-1) was issued in July 1979. Originally released in a laminated paper ps (1,000 pressed, black & white card cover), then subsequently in screen-printed PVC sleeves (10,000 pressed) in eight different colors: pink, purple, red, green, black, light blue, dark blue, orange.  Pressing was by Orlake.  Tours went on to record a single for Virgin, 'Tourist Information' b/w You Know...' (VS-307) in November of that year. Distributed By Tours Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
