Teen '78 Records was a DIY label. Owned by The Television Personalities; its only release was that group's, '14th Floor' single, which came out in January 1978. The single's catalogue number, SRTS/CUS/77/089, indicates that the pressing was done by SRT. The Television Personalities then went on to start the almost equally short-lived Kings Road label. Distributed By Teen '78 Records. Television Personalities are an English rock band led by singer-songwriter Dan Treacy (born 19 June 1960). The band's first release was in January 1978 with the single "14th Floor"/"Oxford Street W1", while their second, the EP Where's Bill Grundy Now? features one of their best-known songs, "Part Time Punks".
