Tatty Records was a DIY label. A single by Tatty Ollity, entitled 'Punktuation' b/w 'Never Swat A Fly' (TR-101) seems to have been Tatty's only release. It was issued in 1979, and was produced by Roger Ruskin Spear, of the Bonzos; the band featured him, Sam Spoons, Dave Glasson and Dave Knight, Sam Spoons and Dave Knight (now deceased), which suggests that it may be musically unusual. The label itself was of typical plain DIY design: it was white with black. Pressing was by Lyntone, the matrix number being LYN-6847. Distributed By Rough Trade Records.
