Independent American label: Tammi Records was owned by Don Taylor, who was the manager of Bob Marley and numerous other artists. It was named after Taylor's daughter. It doesn't appear to have lasted very long in its native land, and as far as Britain is concerned it came and went in 1979. During the course of that year it issued three singles, in a TAM-100 numerical series, one by the Imperials and two by Ray Munnings. None of them seem to have sold in any great numbers. Manufacture, Marketing and Distribution were by EMI. Raphael (Ray) Munnings was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. He is the original lead singer for The Beginning of The End.
