Independent Reggae label: Spencer International Records was owned by Reggae singer Bill Spencer, who recorded for other labels such as Lightning and Tempus in the late '70s. There were at least two singles on Spencer International, 'Cool Rockers' by the Jah Lites (SPEN-1; 1978) and I Repo's 'Come And Join Me' (SPEN-2; 1978) Lyntone pressing - LYN 6078 / LYN 6079.
