SESAME SONGS
RECORDS
Sesame Songs Records was a DIY label from 1979. It
managed one single. an EP enitiled 'Move', which was made by Jim Welton,
under his alias of L. Voag. The EP featured 'Beauty Spreads' and three
other tracks, had a catalogue number of MOVE-1, and came in a hand-painted
sleeve. As can be seen, the labels were hand-stamped. Welton, who
played bass with Post Punk band The Homosexuals, went on to found the 'It's War
Boys' label. Distributed By Sesame Songs Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons
