Scratched Records was a DIY label. owned by singer/songwriter/producer Eric Gavin. Scratched's only release was Gavin's own 'Lucinda', which was issued through Lightning in 1978 and had a catalogue number of EG-1. As can be seen, a different kind of label was used for the 'A' and 'B' sides. 'Lucinda' is a Power Pop sort of song. Word has it that backing on the single was provided by members of the band Trickster. Gavin went on to co-found Vendetta Records. Distributed By Lightning Records.
