SANCTUARY PRESS LTD
RECORDS

Independent label: Sanctuary Press Records was a London-based publishing company, dedicated to promoting the cause of the right-wing British Union of Fascists / Union Movement.  Most of the Sanctuary Press's products were books, but it issued several records of speeches by Oswald Mosley, the founder of the movement.  One of the EPs, , the one shoen above, 'Mosley Speaks - Royal Albert Hall, April 22, 1934' came out in the mid 1970s and was a product of Deroy Records, of Carnforth: it had a catalogue number of MRK/OM/1 and a matrix number of DEROY-1075.  The only other EP  was 'Mosley Speaks To You' was undated. Its catalogue number, RRE-5, suggests that there were others in the series; CD reissues seem to indicate that there were four altogether.  There was also at least one LP, 'The Voice They Cannot Silence' (SSS/OM/2) which contained a speech given in Kensington Town Hall in 1963.  Sanctuary Press closed in 1992. Distributed By Sanctuary Press Records.
