Independent label: Round Records was based in Mansfield. It issued just the one single, 'Give 'Em Hell' by Witchfynde (ROUND-1; 1979), before evolving into Rondelet Records. As Rondelet it continued to issue Punk and Metal, both singles and albums, until it ceased trading, which happened in 1983. The Witchfynde single is usually found in its second pressing, which has the same catalogue number but has 'Rondelet Records' instead of 'Round Records' at the bottom. Distributed By Round Records. Witchfynde are a British heavy metal band, which was one of the forerunners of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal in the late 1970s. Witchfynde were formed in Derbyshire, England in 1974 by bass guitarist Richard Blower and vocalist Neil Harvey. Richard Blower discovered Montalo (Trevor Taylor) in a band called Atiofel. When Richard left the band in 1975, they reformed Witchfynde with lead guitarist Montalo, bassist Andro Coulton and drummer Gra Scoresby, and soon recruiting vocalist Steve Bridges.
