Red Lion appears to have been a DIY label.  It put out at least a couple of records, both of them by a Country band called Sounds Different.  One was an album, 'Hard Times'; the other was an EP containing two original tracks in 'Born To Soon' and 'Twiylight Man' along with a cover version of 'Tennessee Border' and (a novel idea) a Shadows-ish guitar instrumental rendering of a slice of the first Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto.  Manufacture was by Phonodisc, as the injection moulded labels suggest, and the date of release of the EP was 1976. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
