RAPP
RECORDS
Independent Reggae label: Rapp Records was a DIY
label. It was owned by Roy 'G' Hemmings. The only record so far
traced on it is the one shown, 'Children Of The Revolution' by the same Roy Gee,
issued in 1975. Sadly it's not a cover of the T. Rex track: it's a plea
for peace and universal brotherhood, and it's spiced with plenty of those
synthesizer 'peeeowww' noises that popped up on records from time to time in
that era. The label design is eye-catching. Distributed By Rapp
Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
