Harling single 'Black & White' (PT-209; 1979), It was pressed by Ellie Jay, as the matrix number - EJSP-9410 - indicates, but was recorded in the Isle of Man. The catalogue number suggests that there should be at least eight other PTO records out there. The Ian G. Harling record is a 2-Tone / Ska kind of thing. Distributed By PTO Records.
