Independent label: PR Records was a label of Progress Records, of Blackpool, which appears to have been another one of those custom recording concerns, catering for Club / Cabaret artists who wanted to make a record and were prepared to finance it themselves.  The only five of its products that I have seen, are listed below.  Numbering was in the PR-1000s for singles, EPs and LPs alike, and it reached at least PR-1031, which leaves an awful lot of records unaccounted for.  There were no dates on the labels, Labels came in black as well as in blue, the Mike Slater EP being an example. The Eddie Burnett EP shown was pressed by Orlake..
