Perky Pat Records was a DIY label Formed in 1977. An EP by Improving Silence, featuring 'Porcupine' and five other tracks Music we love, Haystack, Strangers again, Fully fashioned losers, Disco lies, seems to have been Perky Pat's only release. It had a catalogue number of CS LP-145 / 146 (each side had its own discrete number), which was part of a series used by Cathedral Sound studios of Lancaster.
