Pepperbird of Liberia Records seems to have issued just the one record, a single by the President of Liberia at that time, A. B. Tolbert: it was version of the Gospel song 'Oh Happy Day', and it came out in 1977 with a catalogue number of POL-001. The single was manufactured in Britain, though doubts remain as to whether or not it was released over here - it was not unknown for foreign companies to get their pressings done in this country, 'Taurus' and 'Electro' of Malta being two examples.
