PARADISE
RECORDS
Independent American label: Paradise Records was owned by Leon
Russell; it was the successor to his Shelter label. It ran from 1976-79,
and wasn't particularly prolific. There were a handful of releases in the
States, but apparently only three over here: a couple of LPs and the single
pictured, Leon Russell's, Elvis and Marilyn' (K-17244; 1978). Manufacture
and Distribution were by Warner in the States and WEA in Britain. . Thanks to
Robert Lyons For The Info.
