Our Own Records was a DIY label. It managed one singles. It was owned and financed by the manager of Middlesbrough Punk band No Way. Our Own's sole release was No Way's, 'Recycling Point' (IS/NW-1035; 1978). The catalogue number is from a series belonging to custom recording concern Impulse Studios. No Way were founded in Middlesbrough by 'Paul Gardner' (Guitar), 'Paul Callan' (Bass) & 'Matey' (Vocals). 'Macca' (Drums) until 'Pete Collins' joined. Distributed By Our Own Records.
