Independent label: 194 Radio Forth Records was a record label of Edinburgh radio station 194 Radio Forth - or Radio Forth 194; the position of the number varies from source to source. The station seems to have made just two ventures into the world of records. First out of the blocks was the one-sided single shown, an anonymous rendering of 'The Radio Forth Song'. It had a catalogue number of RF-1 and came out in 1975, the same year in which the radio station was launched; presumably it was intended as a promotional item. The following year saw the appearance of an album by Billy Marshall, 'A Royal Scots Welcome', which was numbered RF-2. Distributed By 194 Radio Forth Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
