Nivram Records was a DIY label. And was presumably named after the band whose records appeared on it. It issued just the one record: a singles, 'I'll Wait' backed with 'Tomorrow' (NR-1001 / 2) which out in 1979. Both sides had their own catalogue number. The record had a matrix number of EJSP-9273, which indicates that custom recording firm Ellie Jay was behind it. Distributed By Nivram Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
