Nearly Famous Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. 'You've Got The Funk' by Trawler. There is no catalogue number on the label, but there are two numbers in the run-off: K-202 and, more importantly, TTS-7911. The latter number indicates that the single was a product of Tam Studios, and offers a clue to its date of issue: often - (though not always) the first two numbers of Tam products appear to have indicated the year of release, which in this case would be '79. As for the music on the single, the 'A' side is in a disco / funk vein, while the 'B' is rockier. Distributed By Nearly Famous Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
