Independent Reggae label: Natty Congo Records was owned by Trevor Bow. Natty Congo released at least one 7" single, Negus Dawtas' 'I Speak The Truth' (NATTY-001), in 1978. It also issued several LPs, with PFLP and CLP prefixes, and 12" singles, numbered in the NCDM-000s, between 1978 and 1983. The 'PFLP' suggests a link with Plastic Fantastic Records, which manufactured and distributed several Reggae labels around that time; by 1983 major Reggae distributor Jetstar was responsible for handling Natty Congo products. Distributed By Plastic Fantastic Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
