Independent label: MPL Records label, was a DIY label. It managed at least one single. A promotional-only 7" sampler for MPL's publishing catalogue, sent out in a limited run of 1000 only to publicise & inform clients of MPL's change of address from 12-13 Greek Street to 1 Soho Square. When Paul McCartney moved his MPL business to Soho Square, he didn't send a business card.....he sent a record!!! Features: Wings, Gene Vincent, Peggy Lee, Sinatra, Buddy Holly, Paul McCartney etc. It issued singles in an MPL-0 numerical series.
