MOO
RECORDS
MOO Records was a DIY label. It managed one single.
An EP entitled 'If It Moves Sit It Down, If It Stays Still Wake It Up', by a
band named Moonshine. It contained four tracks, two of which were written
by Paul Blease and two by David Buckley, who were presumably members of the
band: 'Too Young To Lose', 'Round And Round', 'She Is Mine', and 'Ring Round The
Roses'. Its catalogue number was MOO-1. Some sources give 1976 as
the year of issue, others 1977. Whichever is right, the EP has been known
to sell for a sum in excess of £200. Another track by Moonshine, 'Garden
Of Men', has been included on 'We Can Fly, Vol. 2', a CD of obscure British
Psychedelia. Distributed By MOO Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons
