Independent label: Kings Road Records was run by Daniel Treacy of Television Personalities. Named after and operated at his parents’ seventh-floor flat on the Kings Road in Chelsea, London. and was the successor to their Teen '78 label. It issued two EPs, Television Personalities, 'Where's Bill Grundy Now?' KR-001 Manufactured by Lyntone with the secondary catalogue numbers LYN-5976 and LYN-5977 in 1978, and O-Level's, 'The Malcolm McLaren Story' (KR-002; 12/78). There appears to have been a considerable overlap between the members of the two groups. Pressing was by Lyntone. Distributed By Rough Trade Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
