Goldspinners Records was a DIY label and was a Cheshire-based record wholesale company, but it issued at least one single of its own: 'Manchester United', by George Roper & Pipedream (GOLD-1).  There is no date on the label, but references in the lyrics to Tommy Docherty and Jimmy Greenhough suggest a release date of 1977 - that was the only year when both of them were at the club together.  The 'B' side offered a tribute to the fans, apparently recorded by various people on the United staff.  Manufacture was by Decca. Distributed By Goldspinners Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
