Gold Records was from the 1970s. This particular Gold appears to have been a DIY affair: its only release seems to have been 'Napoleon And Josephine', by Gold 22 (G-2001), which came out in 1976 - some copies just have the group's name as 'Gold'. Pressing was by Lyntone, as the matrix number, LYN-3591, shows. Gold 22 sound like a Cabaret Pop group. Their song, which has an undeniably catchy chorus, had made a previous appearance in 1973, on United Artists, recorded by a group called King's Musik (UP-35603). The label states that the song was written by Gold 22, it would appear that at least some of the band had been in King's Musik. Distributed By Gold Records. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
