Independent label: Destiny Records was One of several labels devoted to licensing American Soul singles. This particular Destiny was based in Nottingham, and was run by Goldmine / Soul Supply's Kev Roberts. It seems to have been active around 1979-80; that is, during the Northern Soul boom. Numbering was in the DS-1000s, and distribution was by initially by Swift and latterly by Pinnacle. The discography shows Not all the available numbers appear to have been used.
