Independent Reggae label: owned by Adrian Sherwood and Jah Woosh. Creation Rebel issued just two records, an album and a single by Jah Woosh. The single was called 'A So We Stay'; it came out in 1977 and had a catalogue number of CRB-901. The label had a fairly basic design. Sherwood went on to own other labels such as 'Hit Run' (q.v.) and 'On-U Sound'. Thanks to Robert Lyons For The Info.
