CLAY FAV
RECORDS
Clay Fav Records was a DIY
label from 1979, based in the Lakeland area. It managed one single. It
issued singles in an CLF-100 numerical series. The band and the label were
named after a local thoroughfare, Claife Avenue; the EP got its name because a
rubber stamp with those words on it was available to the band at the time. Clay
Fav Line-up was Clive Rowlandson - Vocals Robert Miller - Bass Robert Bateson -
Drums Gordon Robinson - Guitar. Distributed By Clay Fav Records. Thanks to
Robert Lyons For The Info.
