An independent label, from the late '70s. 'My Body' by General Strike (CANAL-01; 1979) seems to have been the only release by this particular Canal label. Its matrix number, EJSP-9324, indicates that pressing was done by Ellie Jay. General Strike consisted of Steve Beresford and David Toop.
