Black Vinyl Records appears to have been a one-off DIY label, with a single by a band called The Mint, 'Marlene' b/w ' Mediterranean Night', being its only release. The catalogue number of the single, HT/SPS-1595, tells us that it was made through Hollick & Taylor of Handsworth, Birmingham, so it seems like a good bet that The Mint were a Midlands band.
