Big Cock Records was a DIY label from 1978. Big Cock issued just the one single, 'Good Guys' by Mike Spenser & The Cannibals (F-UK-1): subsequent singles in that catalogue series came out on the 'Hit' label. Mike Spenser had previously recorded with R&B band The Count Bishops, and the songs on this single are R&B-flavoured: the 'A' is punkish, the 'B' is a ballad. Despite the label name and the prefix, there's not a hint of rudery on either of the tracks. Pressing was by Orlake.
