Independent label: Bible News Ltd Records operated out of premises at York House, Empire Way, Wembley. In 1977 it put out a boxed set of recordings featuring stories from the 'Old Testament' treated as though they were news events, with 'reports' from the scene and 'comments' from 'experts in the studio' packed into twenty fifteen-minute programmes in a 'Current Affairs' format. The set was available in cassette and LP form. In order to promote it a 7" EP was made, which featured extracts from the recordings and had a matrix / catalogue number of BNS-001. The accents of the 'anchor man' and the various reporters and commentators are English, so the set must have been a home-grown product.
