A one-off DIY label. Ambersound's sole release was an EP by the Amberlites, 'Newsflash!' (AMB-100; 1978). The Amberlites were a family group from Suffolk, made up of cousins and brothers. They played their first gig in 1969, when the youngest members were nine years of age, and recorded the EP when they turned professional.
