AMALISA
RECORDS
Amalisa Records
was a DIY label. Amalisa was named after a musical by composer and
musical theorist Charles E. H. Lucy, and was presumably owned by
him. Its sole single release in Britain was 'It's My Turn
For The Winner', by Zenda Cheque (GiV-777; 1979), which was taken from another
Lucy musical, 'Last Boat Out Of L. A.'Pressing was by Lyntone (LYN-7540); there
is also an Ellie Jay number, EJSP-9308, in the run-off, indicating that the
record was made through that firm. Distributed By Amalisa Records . Thanks
to Robert Lyons For The Info.
