Agenda seems to have been a one-off DIY label. It managed at least one single, 'C'mon Kids' b/w 'Travelling Man' by The Kids. The band were from Aberdeen, and their single came out in 1979. As you can see, there are two numbers on the label: GM-480 and GM-47980. I suppose one is the catalogue number and the other the matrix number, but neither fit any series. Distributed By Agenda Records.
